Laiest Land Development Corporation, was established in 1993.

The business line of the company mainly involves construction of residential and commercial buildings. Since its establishment, Laiest has upheld the principle of providing its clients with high-quality residential and commercial spaces.

Furthermore, in response to the market demand and the needs of its clients, Laiest launched “Laiest Building I” and “Laiest Building II” in the prominent Phase VII zone of Taichung City between 2000 and 2005. In 2011, Laiest further launched the “Probe Industrial Factory Office Building” which was rarely seen in Taichung City.

The factory office building is equipped with high-tech LED advertising curtain wall – Taichung City Eyes. Laiest has full ownership and control over the preparation, service and management in terms of the operations of the office buildings, factory office building and Taichung City Eyes. The consistent operating procedures and norms are different from those buildings which operations and management are under the control of multiple owners, a situation which easily causes divergence of opinions. 

Laiest hopes to provide its clients with simple and stable service, and thus created a sustained win-win situation for Laiest and its clients.
