Laiest Construction Corporation was established with a line of business mainly including the real estate investment and the lease of commercial buildings.

2000

Laiest Construction Corporation launched the thirteen-story high-class commercial building, “Laiest Building I”, constructed within the prominent Phase VII zone of Taichung City.

2005

In response to the market demand, Laiest Construction Corporation launched another high-class commercial building, “Laiest Building II”, constructed within the prominent Phase VII zone of Taichung City.

2011

Laiest Group inaugurated and opened its head office building.
